Double the delight, double the taste! Learn how to create a delectable taco meat using a mix of perfectly seasoned ground beef and creamy refried beans. These mouthwatering tacos are a fusion of two Tex-Mex favorites that will win hearts at your Taco Tuesday gathering. There isn’t really a printable recipe for these, simply use 1/2 lb of ground beef and 1 can of refried beans in place of 1lb of ground beef when making tacos. This is an extremely budget friendly and filling taco alternative!

Cheesy Bean and Rice Burrito

Say hello to a hearty and satisfying burrito that celebrates the goodness of beans and rice. Wrap up a cheesy, bean, and rice mixture in a warm tortilla and add your favorite garnishes for a burrito-taco hybrid that’s both comforting and delicious.

I make these with 4 simple ingredients:

  • Spanish rice-a-roni cooked according to package instructions
  • Ground beef taco meat (I just use a packet of taco seasoning with 1lb of ground beef)
  • Shredded cheddar
  • Large burrito size tortillas

Simply cook the meat and rice and fill each tortilla with the meat, rice, and shredded cheese to your liking. Roll the tortilla into a burrito and then you can enjoy them that way OR I like to toast them lightly on a buttered skillet. Serve with your favorite toppings (we like sour cream and salasa) and enjoy!

Applebees Chicken Wonton Tacos

Get ready for an appetizer that takes your taste buds on a rollercoaster ride! Imagine crispy wonton shells filled with zesty chicken, fresh veggies, and a hint of spice. These delightful wonton tacos will make your Taco Tuesday even more exciting! Get the full recipe here!
