Jump to Recipe·Print Recipe·Leave a Review

Looking for a refreshing twist on the classic BLT? Look no further! My Ranch BLT Pasta Salad combines the flavors of a beloved sandwich with the convenience of an easy pasta salad recipe. Because, really, why not add some pasta to something that’s already a hit? Plus, in my family, there’s never such a thing as too much bacon—it’s practically irresistible!

Why Pasta Salads Reign Supreme

Pasta salads are the unsung heroes of every spring BBQ gathering. They’re cool, refreshing, bursting with flavor, and incredibly easy to assemble. On warm days, we all crave that fresh, cold dish to complement a juicy burger or hot dog. My Ranch BLT Pasta Salad ticks all the boxes, delivering rich ranch flavor, crispy bacon, and the classic combination of tomato and lettuce for a hint of veggies and freshness.

The Recipe

  • Ingredients:
    • 12oz rotini noodles
    • ½ cup ranch dressing
    • ¼ cup sour cream
    • ¼ cup mayo
    • 1 cup sliced grape tomatoes
    • ¼ cup minced red onion
    • ½ cup crumbled bacon
    • 2 cups chopped lettuce

Instructions:

  1. Cook rotini noodles according to package instructions.
  2. While the noodles cook, mix ranch dressing, sour cream, and mayo. Set aside a small portion of the tomatoes, onion, bacon, and lettuce for topping, and mix the rest into the dressing mix in a large bowl.
  3. Once the noodles are cooked, strain them and rinse with cold water to cool completely.
  4. Mix the cooled noodles into the dressing and veggie mixture.
  5. Top with the remaining tomatoes, lettuce, and bacon for garnish.
  6. Chill until ready to serve!
