My Ranch BLT Pasta Salad ticks all the boxes, delivering rich ranch flavor, crispy bacon, and the classic combination of tomato and lettuce for a hint of veggies and freshness.
The Recipe
- Ingredients:
- 12oz rotini noodles
- ½ cup ranch dressing
- ¼ cup sour cream
- ¼ cup mayo
- 1 cup sliced grape tomatoes
- ¼ cup minced red onion
- ½ cup crumbled bacon
- 2 cups chopped lettuce
Instructions:
- Cook rotini noodles according to package instructions.
- While the noodles cook, mix ranch dressing, sour cream, and mayo. Set aside a small portion of the tomatoes, onion, bacon, and lettuce for topping, and mix the rest into the dressing mix in a large bowl.
- Once the noodles are cooked, strain them and rinse with cold water to cool completely.
- Mix the cooled noodles into the dressing and veggie mixture.
- Top with the remaining tomatoes, lettuce, and bacon for garnish.
- Chill until ready to serve!
