    Ingredients

    Units Scale
    • 2 1/4 cups vanilla yogurt + 1 1/4 cup for serving (optional)
    • 1 2/3 cups rolled oats
    • 1 2/3 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk
    • 1 cup shredded carrots
    • 5 tablespoons raisins
    • 5 tablespoons crushed pineapple
    • 2 1/2 tablespoons chia seeds
    • 2 1/2 tablespoons ground flax seeds
    • 3/4 tablespoon cinnamon
    • 3 tablespoons maple syrup
