What is White Chicken Chili made of?

Can I make White Chicken Chili in the crock pot with canned chicken?
Yes! Using canned chicken is the ultimate shortcut. Simply add it during the last 30 minutes of cooking along with the cream cheese and heavy cream so it warms without overcooking.

What toppings go best with White Chicken Chili?
Shredded cheddar cheese, fresh cilantro, jalapeño slices, diced avocado, crushed tortilla chips, or a squeeze of lime juice are all delicious topping ideas.

Question is chicken bone broth the same ad as chicken broth and for the creamy texture instead of using cream cheese could I just use heavy cream or halfn half if I dont have white beans what other beans can I use

Hi Courtney, you can certainly use either. Bone broth has more protein but the taste will be the same. You can use cream or half and half but it will be a little less thick so I might add a teaspoon of cornstarch mixed with 1 tablespoon of water if you want it thicker. It would change it slightly but I think black beans could be fun in this!
