Ingredients
- 2 cans white beans, drained & rinsed
- 3 chicken breasts or 2-3 cups canned chicken, drained
- 1 can corn, drained
- 1 onion, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 cans diced green chilis
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp cumin
- 1/2 tsp coriander
- 1/2 tsp oregano
- 1/4 tsp smoked paprika
- 1/4 tsp chili powder
- Dash cayenne pepper
- 2 cups chicken bone broth
- 8 oz cream cheese
- 1/2 cup heavy cream (or more for extra creaminess)
- 1 bunch cilantro, chopped
- Toppings: cheddar cheese, jalapeño slices, extra cilantro, or a squeeze of lime
Instructions

Add beans, chicken, corn, onion, garlic, green chilis, spices, and broth to crock pot. Stir.
