Amazing Savory Cottage Cheese Muffins

Jump to Recipe·Print Recipe·Leave a Review

Are you a fan of egg bites but find the traditional ones a bit lacking? Say hello to savory cottage cheese muffins, a delightful twist on the classic egg bite recipe. While egg bites are undeniably tasty and convenient, they sometimes deflate upon cooling. Not these muffins though! Made with almond flour, they offer a more substantial texture akin to muffins, ensuring they stay fluffy and satisfying. But that’s not all – they’re also low carb and high protein, making them a win-win for all of us!

Whether you’re a busy parent looking for a nutritious breakfast option or someone trying to stick to a healthy eating plan, these muffins have got you covered.

A Meal Prep Win!

What’s even better is their meal prep-friendly nature. Simply mix up a batch, pop them in the oven, and voila – you’ve got breakfast for the week sorted! With their freezer-friendly quality, you can easily whip up multiple batches in advance, freeing up your Sundays for more enjoyable activities. Plus, if you’re curious about mastering the art of meal prep, we’ve got you covered with our guide on prepping a month’s worth of meals in just one day.
