Ingredients
- 2 1/4 cups vanilla yogurt + 1 1/4 cup for serving (optional)
- 1 2/3 cups rolled oats
- 1 2/3 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk
- 1 cup shredded carrots
- 5 tablespoons raisins
- 5 tablespoons crushed pineapple
- 2 1/2 tablespoons chia seeds
- 2 1/2 tablespoons ground flax seeds
