Ingredients

- 2 small cucumbers sliced
- 1 pint grape tomatoes sliced in half
- 1/2 small red onion diced
- 1 1/2 avocados diced
- 1 small package real bacon bits
- 1 can corn drained
- 1 package blue cheese crumbles or cheese of your choice
- dressing blue cheese ranch or your favorite!
Instructions
- Arrange mixed greens on a plate or in a bowl.
- Add diced chicken, sliced cucumbers, diced tomatoes, chopped red onions, avocado slices, blue cheese, bacon bits, and corn.
- Drizzle on dressing to your liking.
- Gently toss or leave layered and enjoy!
