Meal Plan January 29th – February 4th

Great news! We’re saying goodbye to January and stepping into the month of love. Personally, I can’t wait for a family ski trip and catching a hockey game with my husband – the perfect winter adventures! How about you? Any fun plans to embrace these chilly months?

This week, I’ve lined up some fantastic meals that I can’t wait to share. Let’s make this week a cozy and delicious one together!

I will continue to provide free weekly meal plans through 2024! Each plan follows the design of my “Stick to Your Budget Checklist” and includes 3 pantry friendly meal options (at least one of which is vegetarian), 3 budget conscious recipes, and assumes 1 leftovers day. There are also 2 breakfast options and a sweet treat to try!

black bean crunch wrap cut in half on a plate

Monday: You can use canned beans or do it the “Maria way” and  cook up a pound of dried black beans that you can use in these black bean crunch wraps and in the rice tomorrow night!

hearty hamburger soup in a bowl on a red napkin

Saturday or Sunday (one night is leftovers): It’s a weekend for Hearty Hamburger Soup and some Homemade Crusty Bread. But, if you don’t have time for bread, try grabbing some Pillsbury biscuits (they’re always a hit in my house!).

And, if. You’re not into soup and you’re watching the NFL Championship Games on Sunday, I just published my Top 10 Game Day Recipes so be sure to check those out!
