Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup softened butter
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 2/3 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 8 oz cream cheese
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 3 eggs
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened applesauce
  • 1 package white cake mix
  • 3 cups blueberries (fresh or frozen)

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a 9×13-inch baking pan.
  2. In a bowl, mix together softened butter, brown sugar, flour, and cinnamon until crumbly. Set aside.
  3. In another bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth. Add water, eggs, and applesauce. Mix until well combined.
  4. Gradually add the white cake mix to the cream cheese mixture, stirring until smooth.
  5. Spread half of the batter into the prepared baking pan.
  6. Sprinkle the blueberries evenly over the batter.
  7. Carefully spread the remaining batter over the blueberries.
  8. Sprinkle the crumb mixture evenly over the top.
  9. Bake in the preheated oven for about 45 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
