Description

These pizzas are super fast to make, budget friendly, and utterly delicious. They give you all the flavors of the pizzaria much faster and much cheaper!

Ingredients

Units Scale
  • 4 medium homemade sourdough tortillas or Siete brand
  • 1/2 cup homemade pizza sauce or organic sauce with no sugar added
  • 3/4 cup shredded mozzarella
  • 28 slices peperoni (Applegate or nitrate free is the best)
Instacart Get Recipe Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Top each tortilla with 2 tablespoons of sauce and 3 tablespoons of shredded mozzarella (feel free to use more, if you like it extra cheesy). Top the cheese with pepperoni or the toppings of your choice.
  2. Air fry the topped tortillas at 400 degrees for no more than 4 minutes (I recommend you check them at 3 minutes).
  3. Slice into 6 pieces, wait a few minutes to cool, so you don’t burn your mouth, and enjoy!

Notes

Make these your own: You can put any toppings you like on these tortilla pizzas. No need to stick to pepperoni or go out and buy toppings that you don’t have on hand. These pizzas can be a great way to use up leftovers.
