  • 1 can crushed pineapple of pineapple tidbits (8 oz)
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 2 teaspoons ginger fresh or dry
  • 1 1/2 pounds pork tenderloin

Instructions
 

  • In a mixing bowl, combine the tomato paste, soy sauce, crushed pineapple, garlic powder, and ginger to create the delicious sauce for the pulled pork.
  • Reserve a quarter cup of the sauce for later and pour the rest over the pork tenderloin in the slow cooker.
