This delightful twist on the classic BLT features rotini noodles tossed in a creamy ranch dressing, paired with crispy bacon, juicy tomatoes, and fresh lettuce. It’s the perfect dish for picnics, BBQs, or any occasion where you want to impress!

- 12oz rotini noodles
- ½ cup ranch dressing
- ¼ cup sour cream
- ¼ cup mayo
- 1 cup sliced grape tomatoes
- ¼ cup minced red onion
- ½ cup crumbled bacon
- 2 cups chopped lettuce
Instructions
- Cook rotini noodles according to package instructions.
- While the noodles cook, mix dressing, sour cream, mayo. Set aside a small portion of the tomatoes, onion, bacon, and lettuce for topping and mix the rest into the dressing mix in a large bowl.
- Once the noodles are cooked, strain them and wash them down with cold water to cool completely.
- Mix the cooled noodles in with the dressing and veggies.
- Top with the remaining tomatoes, lettuce, and bacon to garnish.
- Chill until ready to serve!
