These Philly Cheesesteak Bowls are all the flavor of a traditional cheesesteak without all the bread and cost! Simply sauté beef, mushrooms, onion, and mushroom and top that with cheese! Serve along side some rice and you’re ready to go!

Philly Cheesesteak Bowls
Description
Enjoy a subs hop favorite the Philly Cheesesteak without all the bread and cost!
Ingredients
- 2 pounds ground beef
- 2 green peppers
- 2 onions
- 4 cups mushrooms
- 4 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 up beef broth or bouillon
- 6 slices provolone cheese
- 2 cups white rice
Instructions
- Slice peppers, onions, and mushrooms into bite size pieces. Cook white rice according to package instructions.
- Heat and XL frying pan over medium heat. Add the ground beef and veggies. Use a meat chopper to break the meat up.
- Stir regularly until everything is cooked through, about 8 minutes.
- Drain any excess moisture from the pan.
- Add the Worcestershire sauce and beef broth. Saute for another minute or two.
- Top with the provolone cheese slices and cover for 1 minute.
- Remove the cover and mix in the cheese.
- Divide the cooked rice and beef mixture evenly across meal prep containers or dinner bowls.
- Store in the fridge up to 4 days or freeze up to 3 months. Re-heat in the microwave 3-4 minutes.
