This Spinach and Artichoke Dip is a crowd-pleasing appetizer that combines the richness of cream cheese with the savory goodness of artichokes, spinach, and a blend of cheeses. The slow cooker method makes it a convenient “set it and forget it” treat, with customizable options for a deliciously creamy outcome


Ingredients

  • 1 can quartered artichokes, drained and chopped
  • 10 ounces fresh spinach, sliced (or thawed frozen spinach, with excess water squeezed out)
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 1 package (8 oz) cream cheese
  • 1/2 cup sour cream or Greek yogurt
  • 4 teaspoons minced garlic (or 2 teaspoons garlic powder)
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste
