Simple and satisfying, these inside out egg rolls can be made for around $5 and are full of veggies and protein!
These inside out egg rolls are easy to make week after week and never disappoint! I find that ground turkey or chicken tends to go on sale every few weeks so I’ll buy a few pounds and pop it in the freezer. Bagged shredded cabbage is only $.99. at my Walmart and everything else in the recipe is already in my pantry. I can make multiple lunches for less than $5!
Make Life Easier
I always use my meat chopper when making these inside out egg rolls and put them right into meal prep containers.
You can get a meat chopper at Dollar Tree but I can’t speak to the quality. I’ve had this one from OXO for 4 years and it’s going strong!
