Bring This Easy Cannoli Dip To a Party and You’ll Be Everybody’s Best Friend

Jump to Recipe·Print Recipe·Leave a Review

Get ready for a taste bud party with this incredible homemade cannoli dip! If you’ve never tried it, now’s the time to treat yourself. I’m a total cannoli fanatic, especially from my local pizza joint—they serve up the most mouthwatering cannoli, and I just had to recreate it at home. This recipe is a game-changer, and it’s perfect for sharing at your next big event.

  • Creamy Dreaminess: Start by grabbing 8 oz of cream cheese at room temperature and 2 cups of ricotta. Mix them until they’re silky smooth—this is the creamy base that dreams are made of.
  • Sweeten the Deal: Toss in 1 1/2 cups of confectioner sugar and a teaspoon of vanilla extract. Stir it up until that sugar disappears, creating a sweet symphony in your bowl.
  • Chocoholic Heaven: Now, here comes the fun part. Fold in about a cup of those adorable miniature chocolate chips. It’s like creating a chocolate wonderland in your cannoli dip.
  • Chill Out: Stick your concoction in the fridge for a mere 10 minutes. I know, the anticipation is real. This mini-chill sesh lets all those flavors mingle and dance.
  • Dress to Impress: When you take it out, go ahead and sprinkle some more of those chocolate chips on top. Presentation is everything, right?
  • Dip it Real Good: Time to dive in! Use whatever you’ve got for dipping—cannoli chips, regular cannoli broken into pieces, or get crazy with some waffle cone bits.

I whipped this up for what we call ‘Wine Lunch’ with my grandmother, aunt, mom, and friends—it was a hit. Now it’s your turn to wow your crew with this unbelievably easy and delicious cannoli dip. Trust me; you won’t regret it.
