- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 2/3 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 8 oz cream cheese
- 1/4 cup water
- 3 eggs
- 1/2 cup unsweetened applesauce
- 1 package white cake mix
- 3 cups blueberries (fresh or frozen)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a 9×13-inch baking pan.
- In a bowl, mix together softened butter, brown sugar, flour, and cinnamon until crumbly. Set aside.
- In another bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth. Add water, eggs, and applesauce. Mix until well combined.
- Gradually add the white cake mix to the cream cheese mixture, stirring until smooth.
- Spread half of the batter into the prepared baking pan.
- Sprinkle the blueberries evenly over the batter.
- Carefully spread the remaining batter over the blueberries.
- Sprinkle the crumb mixture evenly over the top.
- Bake in the preheated oven for about 45 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
