Savor the mouthwatering combination of creamy eggs, crispy bacon, sharp cheddar cheese, and zesty ranch seasoning, all nestled between sweet Hawaiian rolls in these delectable ranch breakfast sliders.
Ingredients
- 1 pound bacon
- 8 large eggs
- 1/4 cup heavy cream
- 12 slider buns (such as King’s Hawaiian)
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/3 cup butter, melted
- 1 tablespoon ranch seasoning
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Lightly grease a 9×13-inch baking dish or sheet pan.
- In a skillet over medium heat, cook the bacon until crispy. Remove from the skillet and drain on paper towels. Cut the bacon into bite-sized pieces.
- In a bowl, whisk together the eggs and heavy cream until well combined.
- In the same skillet, scramble the eggs over medium-low heat, stirring constantly, until they are fluffy and cooked to your desired consistency.
- Slice the slider buns in half horizontally and place the bottom halves in the prepared baking dish.
- Sprinkle 1 cup of shredded cheddar cheese evenly over the bottom halves of the slider buns.
