- 1 Package store bought puff pastry dough (defrosted)
- 1 Bunch Fresh Asparagus
- 2 Eggs
- 3/4 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375 degrees.
- Wash and trim the asparagus spears.
