Recipe for pasta salad cold

If you love a good club sandwich, this pasta salad is the prefect side dish for you. This recipe for pasta salad cold is a great way to use cold cuts and cool you down in the summer. It’s so good that it’s right at the top of my Top 10 BBQ Side Dishes! This is also an inspiring way to use up cold cuts and not have to go out to buy ingredients. Made with things you likely have on hand this pasta salad is a crowd pleaser for sure.

How to Make the Recipe for Club Sandwich Pasta Salad Recipe

As with most, if not all, pasta salad recipes, we’ll start with pasta. I used fusilli this time but this would be good with whatever pasta you like or have on hand.

For the meat, you’ll need bacon but, if you don’t have bacon on hand you can always use the real bacon bits from Walmart or Costco. And for lunch meats, I used sliced turkey and ham but I bet you could play around with this and use salami or roast beef, if that’s what you have. You’ll also want to cube up some cheddar, dice some tomatoes, and slice some romaine but if you don’t have block cheddar, shredded cheese will be fine!

The dressing is super simple but filled with flavor. The secret, not so secret ingredient is ranch mix. Mix mayo, ranch seasoning, smoked paprika, garlic powder, salt and pepper and a little bit of milk to get an absolutely mouth watering dressing for your recipe for pasta salad cold.

Just mix your cooled pasta with all the ingredients and dressing and enjoy! My friends continue to ask me to bring this salad to parties and will never forget the first time I did!
