With a birthday party on the horizon, I knew I needed to whip up a side dish to share. I’ve been wanting to clean out my pantry and use some of the cans that have been sitting there for too long. As I sifted through my pantry, a can of corn caught my eye, and I decided it was time to put it to good use.
I started searching the internet for corn-based recipes and stumbled upon a recipe for “Out of This World Corn Dip.” Unfortunately, I didn’t have all the ingredients it called for, so I decided to improvise. Using what I already had on hand, I came up with this delicious Easy Corn Dip with Greek Yogurt. It turned out to be a hit!
