Copycat Dunkin Bagel Bites (Only 2 Ingredients!)

I almost feel bad I haven’t shared these earlier! My 6 year old is a huge fan of the Dunkin Bagel Bites but I’m not a huge fan of the price. Naturally I had to find an at home solution and born were the 2 ingredient bagel bites that we all love so dearly.

Description

These bites are a dead ringer for Dunkin’s mini bagels but maybe better! My family loves them and I’m sure yours will too!

Ingredients

Units Scale
  • 1 can Southern style biscuits
  • 1 8oz block cream cheese
  • 1 egg (optional)
  • Everything bagel seasoning for sprinkling (optional)
Instacart Get Recipe Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Open the can of biscuits and try not so scare yourself!
  2. Separate the biscuits and tear them in half.
  3. Cut an 8oz block of cream cheese into 16 small cubes.
  4. Form each biscuit half into a large flat circle and pace a cube of cream cheese in the middle.
  5. Fold the sides of the biscuit around the cream cheese full enclosing the cheese.
  6. Place the bites seam side down on the pan of an air fryer lined with parchment paper. I use a larger toaster oven one so I can cook all 16 at once. You may need to do a few batches, if your air fryer is smaller.
  7. Mix the egg in a small bowl to create an egg wash. This is optional.
  8. Use a silicone brush to cover each bite in egg wash.
  9. Sprinkle each bite with everything bagel seasoning or your favorite topping (think poppy seeds).
  10. Air fry at 360 degrees for 9 minutes until golden and cooked.
  11. Enjoy when the cool down a little! Or freeze and re-heat in the toaster oven or oven.
