  • 2 tbsp oil
  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp dried basil
  • 1/2 tsp oregano

  • 8 oz pasta (e.g., gemelli or broken lasagna noodles)
  • 1 can diced tomatoes (undrained)
  • 1 cup pasta sauce
  • Auntie Nono’s everything seasoning (to taste) – or salt, pepper, onion powder, and garlic powder
  • 2 cups mozzarella cheese, shredded and divided
  • Optional: 1/3 cup ricotta cheese
