Turkey Tenderloin Crock Pot Recipe
Ingredients
- 2 pounds turkey tenderloin
- 3 cloves crushed garlic
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1 tablespoon dijon mustard
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1/2 teaspoon dried rosemary
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 cup chicken broth or bouillon
Instructions
- Combine the first 9 ingredients in a bowl or ziplock bag. Mix well and place in the refrigerator for 1-4 hours.
- After at least 1 hour pour all of the ingredients into a slow cooker and add 1 cup of broth or chicken bouillon.
- Cook on low for 4-6 hours.
- Slice and serve with your favorite turkey sides!
