Description

These Valentine’s Charcuterie Cups are the perfect elegant and festive snack, featuring a mix of cheese, salami roses, crackers, nuts, and heart-shaped strawberries. They’re easy to assemble, budget-friendly, and ideal for date nights, Galentine’s Day, or any Valentine’s celebration!

Ingredients

Scale
  • 6 small charcuterie cups (Dollar Tree, plastic wine cups, or mini paper cups)
  • 6 oz Manchego cheese (or your favorite firm cheese)
  • 12 slices salami
  • 6 large strawberries, sliced into heart shapes
  • 6 crackers (raincoat crisps, sourdough, or preferred type)
  • ½ cup Marcona almonds (or any mixed nuts)

Instructions

  1. Prepare the cheese: Slice Manchego cheese into small triangle pieces.
  2. Make salami roses: Layer two pieces of salami slightly overlapping, then roll them tightly to form a rose shape. Repeat for all slices.
  3. Cut strawberries into hearts: Slice the strawberries in half, then cut a small triangle at the top to create a heart shape.
  4. Assemble the cups:
    • Start by placing a slice of cheese in each cup.
    • Add a cracker next to the cheese.
    • Place a salami rose in each cup.
    • Sprinkle in Marcona almonds or your preferred nuts.
    • Top each cup with a heart-shaped strawberry.
  5. Serve and enjoy! These are best enjoyed fresh but can be prepped a few hours in advance.
