Description

Indulge in the perfect blend of flavor and crunch with this Crispy Air Fryer Tuna Melt Wrap. This innovative twist on the classic favorite combines pantry-friendly tuna, vibrant veggies, and a golden, crisp tortilla shell, all cooked to perfection in the air fryer. Enjoy a wholesome meal that’s easy to make and impossible to resist.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 stalks celery chopped
  • 2 tablespoons minced parsley
  • ½ a small red or Vidalia onion minced
  • 2 drained cans of drained tuna
  • 6 tablespoons mayo (use more or less depending on you preferences)
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 2 sliced tomatoes
  • 8 slices of cheddar or American cheese
  • 4 burrito sized wraps or tortillas

Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 350 degrees.
  2. Mix the celery, parsley, minced onion, tuna, mayo, and Dijon mustard.
  3. Assemble the wraps with a slice of cheese, sliced tomato, tuna salad, and top it with another slice of cheese.
  4. Roll the wraps up tightly like a burrito and place in the air fryer.
  5. Air fry for 7 minutes.
  6. Slice and serve with your favorite side (chips or pasta salad are great!)

Notes

Instead of air frying, you can pan fry these wraps over medium heat and a bit or oil or butter in the pan for 2-3 minutes on each side until crispy.
