  • 12 ounces Hawaiian rolls
  • Leftover turkey, shredded
  • Cranberry sauce
  • Cheddar cheese (or Monterey Jack)
  • 3 tablespoons butter
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon everything bagel seasoning, plus extra for sprinkling

Instructions

  1. In a microwave-safe bowl, combine 3 tablespoons of butter, 1 teaspoon of Worcestershire sauce, 2 teaspoons of Dijon mustard, and 1 teaspoon of everything bagel seasoning. Microwave for about a minute until the butter is melted, and the ingredients are well mixed.

  2. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.

  3. Slice the Hawaiian rolls in half and place them in a 13 by 9 pan.

  4. Top the rolls with leftover shredded turkey, cranberry sauce, and cheddar cheese.

  5. Brush the microwaved butter mixture over the top of the rolls.

  6. Sprinkle additional everything bagel seasoning over the top.

  7. Cover the pan with foil and bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.

  8. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 5 minutes or until the tops are golden brown.

  9. Slice the sliders and serve.
