This homemade Starbucks Cranberry Bliss Bar Copycat is chewy, sweet, and packed with white chocolate, Craisins, and a dreamy orange cream cheese frosting. Perfect for Christmas cookie trays, holiday parties, and gifting.

Ingredients

For the Bars:

  • 1 cup (2 sticks) butter, melted

  • 1 1/2 cups packed brown sugar

  • 2 eggs

  • 1 teaspoon orange extract

  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

  • 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger

  • 1 teaspoon baking powder

  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

  • 2 cups all-purpose flour

  • 1 cup white chocolate chips

  • 3/4 cup Craisins

For the Frosting & Topping:

  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened

  • 1 1/2 cups powdered sugar

  • 1/2 teaspoon orange extract

  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

  • 1/3 cup Craisins, chopped

  • 2 squares white baking chocolate or almond bark, melted

Instructions

1. Prep the Pan

Preheat oven to 350°F. Line a 15×10 or 13×9 jelly roll pan with parchment (see notes below).

2. Make the Blondie Base

Beat melted butter and brown sugar until smooth.
Add eggs, orange extract, and vanilla extract.
Mix in ginger, baking powder, salt, and flour until just combined — don’t overmix.

3. Stir in the Good Stuff

Fold in white chocolate chips and Craisins.
Spread into the pan and bake 18–22 minutes, until the edges look golden.

4. Make the Frosting

Beat cream cheese + powdered sugar until smooth.
Mix in orange and vanilla extract.

5. Assemble

Frost cooled bars.
Sprinkle chopped Craisins on top.
Drizzle melted white chocolate over the top using a fork.

6. Slice Into Triangles

Chill an hour for clean slices — or dig in immediately!
