This homemade Starbucks Cranberry Bliss Bar Copycat is chewy, sweet, and packed with white chocolate, Craisins, and a dreamy orange cream cheese frosting. Perfect for Christmas cookie trays, holiday parties, and gifting.
Ingredients
For the Bars:

1 cup (2 sticks) butter, melted

1 1/2 cups packed brown sugar

2 eggs

1 teaspoon orange extract

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1/2 teaspoon ground ginger

1 teaspoon baking powder

1/2 teaspoon salt

2 cups all-purpose flour

1 cup white chocolate chips

3/4 cup Craisins
For the Frosting & Topping:

8 oz cream cheese, softened

1 1/2 cups powdered sugar

1/2 teaspoon orange extract
-
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

1/3 cup Craisins, chopped

2 squares white baking chocolate or almond bark, melted
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F. Line a 15×10 or 13×9 jelly roll pan with parchment (see notes below).
Beat melted butter and brown sugar until smooth.
Add eggs, orange extract, and vanilla extract.
Mix in ginger, baking powder, salt, and flour until just combined — don’t overmix.
Fold in white chocolate chips and Craisins.
Spread into the pan and bake 18–22 minutes, until the edges look golden.
Beat cream cheese + powdered sugar until smooth.
Mix in orange and vanilla extract.
Frost cooled bars.
Sprinkle chopped Craisins on top.
Drizzle melted white chocolate over the top using a fork.
Chill an hour for clean slices — or dig in immediately!
