Description
This sloppy joe pizza is super easy sloppy joe filling on top of store bought garlic bread, smothered with cheese. Too easy not to try!
Ingredients
Scale
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 can sloppy joe sauce
- 1 1/2 cups shredded cheese (mozzarella or Colby jack works best)
- 1 loaf store bought garlic bread
Instructions
- Brown ground beef and follow the instructions on the sloppy joe sauce package to make sloppy joe filling.
- While the beef is browning, follow the instructions on the garlic bread package and cook for 2 minutes less than the package says.
- Remove the garlic bread, open it up, and place it butter and garlic side up on a baking sheet.
- Top the bread evenly with the sloppy joe filing and top the beef with the shredded cheese.
- Broil the pizzas for 3 minutes or until desired (if you like the cheese browned).
- Slice the pizzas into slices about 1 1/2 inches thick and enjoy!
Notes
I recommend serving this with a little salad on the side to get in some greens!
