These crispy homemade Shrimp Rangoon are made in the air fryer for a healthier, delicious treat. Filled with shrimp, cream cheese, and seasonings, they’re perfect for any occasion!

- 1/2 cup cooked shrimp, tail removed and diced
- 3 scallions, sliced (green parts only)
- 2 teaspoons soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 8 oz softened cream cheese
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 cloves garlic, grated (or 1 teaspoon garlic powder)
- Wonton wrappers
- 1 egg, beaten (for egg wash)
- Spray oil (for cooking)
- Sweet chili sauce (optional, for serving)
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine diced shrimp, sliced scallions, soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, cream cheese, black pepper, and garlic. Mix well.
- Lay out wonton wrappers and place a tablespoon of the shrimp mixture in the center of each wrapper.
- Brush the edges with the beaten egg and fold opposite corners toward the center to form a four-sided shape.
- Preheat the air fryer to 350°F. Lightly spray the air fryer basket and the wontons with oil.
- Place the rangoons in the basket in a single layer, cook for 5 minutes, flip, and cook for an additional 3 minutes. If needed, cook for 1-2 more minutes for extra crispiness.
- Serve with sweet chili sauce or your favorite dipping sauce.
