These crispy homemade Shrimp Rangoon are made in the air fryer for a healthier, delicious treat. Filled with shrimp, cream cheese, and seasonings, they’re perfect for any occasion!

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1/2 cup cooked shrimp, tail removed and diced
  • 3 scallions, sliced (green parts only)
  • 2 teaspoons soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 8 oz softened cream cheese
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 cloves garlic, grated (or 1 teaspoon garlic powder)
  • Wonton wrappers
  • 1 egg, beaten (for egg wash)
  • Spray oil (for cooking)
  • Sweet chili sauce (optional, for serving)

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine diced shrimp, sliced scallions, soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, cream cheese, black pepper, and garlic. Mix well.
  2. Lay out wonton wrappers and place a tablespoon of the shrimp mixture in the center of each wrapper.
  3. Brush the edges with the beaten egg and fold opposite corners toward the center to form a four-sided shape.
  4. Preheat the air fryer to 350°F. Lightly spray the air fryer basket and the wontons with oil.
  5. Place the rangoons in the basket in a single layer, cook for 5 minutes, flip, and cook for an additional 3 minutes. If needed, cook for 1-2 more minutes for extra crispiness.
