  • 1 cup Chopped walnuts
  • 1 cup of melted butter
  • 1 package (8 oz) of softened cream cheese
  • 1 cup of powdered sugar
  • 3/4 cup of whipped topping (e.g., Cool Whip or equivalent)

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, mix the pumpkin puree, evaporated milk, eggs, sugar, and cinnamon until well combined.
  2. Line a 13×9-inch baking pan with parchment paper.
  3. Pour the pumpkin mixture into the pan.
  4. Sprinkle the yellow cake mix evenly over the pumpkin layer.
