Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup almond flour

  • 1/2 cup vanilla protein powder

  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

  • 1/2 cup maple syrup

  • 1 cup almond butter (or peanut butter/cashew butter)

  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

  • 1/2 cup mini chocolate chips (I recommend ENJY chocolate chips for fewer ingredients)


Instructions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine almond flour, vanilla protein powder, and salt.

  2. Add maple syrup, almond butter, and vanilla extract. Stir well until fully mixed.

  3. Fold in mini chocolate chips.

  4. Roll the mixture into small, bite-sized balls.

  5. Place the protein balls on a parchment-lined tray or plate.

  6. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to firm up.

  7. Store in the fridge for up to 1 week or freeze for longer storage.
