Sheet Pan Pancakes

Description

Now that I make these, my kids refuse any other pancakes. It’s a plus that they require so much less hands on time and are extra delicious!


Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 1/2 cups of flour
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 2 tablespoons baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 2 cups milk
  • 2 eggs
  • 3 tablespoons melted butter
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla
  • additions like 1/4 cup chocolate chips or blueberries

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
  2. Grease a 13×18 baking sheet with cooking spray.
  3. In a large bowl, mix flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
  4. Make a little hole in the dry ingredients and add the milk, eggs, melted butter, and vanilla. Mix well.
  5. Pour the batter on to the baking sheet and spread evenly across the pan.
  6. Sprinkle in add ins like chocolate chips of blueberries.
  7. Bake for 17 minutes until slightly cracked and golden.
  8. Cool slightly and slice into 12 slices per sheet.
