A few months ago, I decided to give sheet pan pancakes a try and boy am I glad I did! We have a breakfast schedule in my family; It just makes things easier on the weekdays with kids getting off to school. And for months I was making pancakes in a pan, weekly. Then my life changed when I tried sheet pan pancakes and my kids became obsessed! These are so much more hands off and easy for me to make!

PrintSheet Pan Pancakes

Description
Now that I make these, my kids refuse any other pancakes. It’s a plus that they require so much less hands on time and are extra delicious!
Ingredients
- 2 1/2 cups of flour
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 2 tablespoons baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2 cups milk
- 2 eggs
- 3 tablespoons melted butter
- 1 tablespoon vanilla
- additions like 1/4 cup chocolate chips or blueberries
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
- Grease a 13×18 baking sheet with cooking spray.
- In a large bowl, mix flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
- Make a little hole in the dry ingredients and add the milk, eggs, melted butter, and vanilla. Mix well.
- Pour the batter on to the baking sheet and spread evenly across the pan.
- Sprinkle in add ins like chocolate chips of blueberries.
- Bake for 17 minutes until slightly cracked and golden.
- Cool slightly and slice into 12 slices per sheet.
