- 1.5 jars of tomato sauce
- 1 cup shredded Parmesan cheese (divided)
- 1–2 lbs thinly sliced chicken breasts
- 3/4 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- Optional: Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a 13×9 pan, combine the tomato sauce and half a cup of shredded Parmesan cheese. Mix well.
- Place thinly sliced chicken breasts in the sauce, ensuring each piece is thoroughly coated.
- Cover the pan tightly with foil and bake for 30 minutes.
- After 30 minutes, remove the foil and sprinkle another half cup of Parmesan cheese over the chicken.
- Add shredded mozzarella cheese to your liking.
