Instructions

- Form the Nuggets: Use a cookie scoop or tablespoon to form nugget-sized portions. Shape each portion into a classic chicken nugget shape.
- Coat the Nuggets: In a shallow dish, mix the gluten-free panko breadcrumbs and grated Parmesan cheese. Coat each nugget with the breadcrumb mixture, pressing gently to ensure the crumbs stick.
- Bake the Nuggets: Place the coated nuggets on a baking sheet in a single layer. Bake at 375°F for 12-15 minutes, until golden brown. For extra crispiness, broil for an additional 1-2 minutes.
