Ingredients

Grilled Chicken Burger & Toppings:

5 hamburger buns (homemade sourdough or Dave’s Killer Rolls)

5 organic 4-6 oz thin sliced chicken breasts (Bell & Evans or other air-chilled chicken preferred)

Avocado mayo mixed with Momofuku chili crunch

5 slices raw organic cheddar cheese

1 organic tomato, sliced

1 bunch of fresh organic lettuce leaves

1 small red onion, sliced (optional for added crunch)
Instructions

Prepare the Chicken Marinade:
In a large metal bowl, mix all marinade ingredients. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Taste and adjust flavors if needed. -
Marinate the Chicken:
Add thin sliced chicken to marinade, ensuring it’s fully submerged. Marinate for at least 15 minutes. -
Prepare Burger Toppings:
Slice tomato, onion (optional), and cheese. Wash lettuce and prep buns. -
Preheat the Grill:
Preheat your BBQ or cast iron grill to high heat. -
Grill the Chicken:
Place marinated chicken on the grill. Cook for 6-8 minutes on each side, ensuring grill marks and an internal temperature of 165°F. -
Assemble the Sandwich:
