I always thought I’d eat cottage cheese with fruit until I tried these healthy breakfast bowls! Savory and satisfying, these bowls will start your day in a balanced and delicious way!
Imagine starting your day with a healthy serving of vegetables. These healthy breakfast bows made with cottage cheese have quickly become a new favorite way to start the day. They are especially nice because they require minimal work to make and don’t require the stove! And they are not limited to just breakfast, they are an excellent snack or lunch!
Why You Should Try These Healthy Breakfast Bowls
As a busy mom of 3, getting breakfast on the table for myself can sometimes be difficult. I’ve defaulted to these breakfast bowls more times than I can count because they are so satisfying but also so easy. They don’t require the stove which is a huge plus for me! I also enjoy their cool and savory nature. It’s easy to slice up cucumber, tomato, and peppers to place on top of cottage cheese and sprinkle with scallions and salt free everything bagel seasoning. I choose salt free because cottage cheese tastes salty as it is. A few people have asked about where you can get this and you can purchase it here!
These bowls are super healthy because they are high in protein, low in fat, and full of veggies. I think it’s really hard to get your vegetables in first thing in the morning, but these healthy breakfast bowls make it easy!
And don’t forget that you can also snag one as a quick snack or pack one up as a healthy lunch. I’ve even brought one to the beach to eat for lunch before!
