Indulge in the vibrant flavors of our Orange Harvest Granola – a wholesome blend of oats, nuts, seeds, and dried fruits infused with zesty orange essence, perfect for a nutritious breakfast or satisfying snack anytime!


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1/3 a cup unsweetened apple sauce
  • 3 tablespoons flaxseed meal
  • 3 tablespoons chia seeds
  • 2 tablespoons maple syrup
  • 1 tablespoon coconut oil (melted)
  • 2 teaspoons orange zest
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 3 cups rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup pepitas
  • 1/2 a cup unsweetened coconut

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F.
  2. Mix the first 9 ingredients together in a large bowl.
  3. Stir in the rolled oats and pepitas.
  4. Spread mixture over a parchment lined baking sheet.
  5. Bake for 25 minutes, stirring about half way through.
  6. Remove from the oven and stir in the coconut.
  7. Store in an airtight container up to 7 days or freeze in a vacuum packed container up to 3 months.

Notes

Serve with fruit over yogurt!
