Orange Harvest Granola Recipe

Description
Indulge in the vibrant flavors of our Orange Harvest Granola – a wholesome blend of oats, nuts, seeds, and dried fruits infused with zesty orange essence, perfect for a nutritious breakfast or satisfying snack anytime!
Ingredients
- 1/3 a cup unsweetened apple sauce
- 3 tablespoons flaxseed meal
- 3 tablespoons chia seeds
- 2 tablespoons maple syrup
- 1 tablespoon coconut oil (melted)
- 2 teaspoons orange zest
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 3 cups rolled oats
- 1/2 cup pepitas
- 1/2 a cup unsweetened coconut
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F.
- Mix the first 9 ingredients together in a large bowl.
- Stir in the rolled oats and pepitas.
- Spread mixture over a parchment lined baking sheet.
- Bake for 25 minutes, stirring about half way through.
- Remove from the oven and stir in the coconut.
- Store in an airtight container up to 7 days or freeze in a vacuum packed container up to 3 months.
