In this delightful recipe, I’m creating the perfect side dish – creamy and rich Mashed Potatoes. These mashed potatoes are made with love and a touch of comfort, using Russet potatoes, butter, and cream. Ingredients
- 2 large Russet potatoes
- 4 tablespoons of butter
- 1/2 cup of heavy cream
- Salt, to taste
Instructions

Peel the 2 large Russet potatoes and cut them into larger chunks for quicker boiling.

In a large pot, bring water to a boil and generously salt it.

Add the potato chunks to the boiling water and cook for about 12 minutes or until they are easily pierced with a fork.

Drain the potatoes and let them cool for a while.

Run the cooled potatoes through a ricer into a mixing bowl.

Add 4 tablespoons of melted butter and 1/2 cup of heavy cream to the potatoes for a rich and creamy texture.
