Ingredients
- 1/2 box fish sticks package of 44 from walmart
- 24 street tacos
- 8 oz sour cream
- 1 lime
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp cumin
- 1 pkg coleslaw mix optional
- 2 scallions chopped (optional)
- 1/4 tsp chili powder optional
- 1/4 cup cilantro optional for serving
Instructions
- Cook fish sticks according to package instructions.
- In a small bowl, mix sour cream, juice of 1/2 of the lime, garlic powder, and cumin to make a sauce. (add chili powder too, if you like)
- Warm tortillas in a dry skillet over high heat until slightly charred on each side.
- Place on cooked fish stick into each tortilla.
- Top with coleslaw mix (if using), sour cream sauce, and chopped scallions and cilantro if you like.
- Serve with lime wedges and enjoy!
