  • 1 cup milk
  • 1/2 tsp dry ground mustard
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 2 scallions, diced
  • 1 1/2 cups diced ham
  • 8 frozen hash brown patties
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Lightly grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, dry ground mustard, garlic powder, and salt until well combined.
  3. Arrange the frozen hash brown patties in the prepared baking dish. If using a smaller dish, adjust the number of patties accordingly.
  4. Sprinkle diced scallions over the hash brown patties, followed by diced ham.
  5. Sprinkle shredded cheddar and Monterey Jack cheese over the ham.
  6. Pour the egg mixture evenly over the ingredients in the baking dish.
  7. Cover the dish with aluminum foil and bake for 25 minutes.
  8. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 20 minutes, or until the center is set and a knife inserted into the center comes out clean.
