- 1 cup milk
- 1/2 tsp dry ground mustard
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 2 scallions, diced
- 1 1/2 cups diced ham
- 8 frozen hash brown patties
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Lightly grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
- In a large bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, dry ground mustard, garlic powder, and salt until well combined.
- Arrange the frozen hash brown patties in the prepared baking dish. If using a smaller dish, adjust the number of patties accordingly.
- Sprinkle diced scallions over the hash brown patties, followed by diced ham.
- Sprinkle shredded cheddar and Monterey Jack cheese over the ham.
- Pour the egg mixture evenly over the ingredients in the baking dish.
- Cover the dish with aluminum foil and bake for 25 minutes.
- Remove the foil and bake for an additional 20 minutes, or until the center is set and a knife inserted into the center comes out clean.
