- 0.25 ounces (1 packet) active dry yeast
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 2 teaspoons olive oil

- 2.5 cups bread flour
- 1 block Monterey Jack cheese
- 1 block cheddar cheese
- Pepperoni slices
- Pizza sauce
Instructions
- In the bowl of a mixer with a dough hook, combine warm water, active dry yeast, and sugar. Let it dissolve.
- Add olive oil, salt, and bread flour. Knead until smooth and elastic.
- Spread the dough into a well oiled 9×13 pan, to prevent sticking. Let it rise for an hour in a warm spot.
- Cube the blocks of Monterey Jack and cheddar cheese.
- After the dough rises, top with pepperoni, cheese cubes, and 3 lines of pizza sauce.
- Top the pizza sauce lines with more pepperoni.
- Bake at 525 degrees for 15 minutes or until bubbly and golden.
- Cool for a few minutes, and slide the pizza out of the pan and on to a cutting board.
