Pulled Pork
This is ridiculously easy, you can cook a pork loin on low for 6-8 hours and shred it up and BOOM! You have pulled pork that you can do anything with! Use the pulled pork in this recipe here instead of chicken! Or You can swap out the chicken and shrimp in this fried rice!
Red Beans and Rice
This is a great way to use dried beans and inexpensive kielbasa! I love that you don’t need to cook the dried beans ahead of time! I like to serve mine over rice. Get the full recipe here!
Chicken Cacciatore
Before this recipe, I’d never made chicken cacciatore with zucchini. But I’m so glad I tried it this way. It’s a real treat and a great way to get in more veggies! Get the full recipe here!
Tortellini Soup
This soup is so inexpensive and really easy. Simply dump everything in a slow cooker: 6 cups of chicken broth, 2 cans of diced tomatoes, 2 cups frozen mixed vegetables, 1 teaspoon basil, 1 teaspoon oregano, 1 teaspoon thyme, 1 teaspoon salt, and 1/2 a teaspoon of black pepper. Also add one package of tortellini or mini raviolis. Cook on high for 4 hours and enjoy!

Slow Cooker Cube Steak
Slow Cooker Cube Steak: Add to your slow cooker: 1-2 lbs cube steak 1 packet onion soup mix 1 onion sliced 1 packet of gravy mix 2 cans of cream of mushroom soup Cook on low for 6 hours.

Mushroom Beef Stew
Mushroom beef Stew: Add to your slow cooker: 1 lb stew meat 2 cans of mushrooms (drained) 1 packet onion soup mix 1 can cream of mushroom Cook on low for 8-10 hours Season to taste
How to make your mashed potatoes better:
Ground Beef Enchiladas
The best thing about this recipe is, you don’t need to pre-brown the ground beef! This cooks up really nicely and is full of flavor! It’s a really beautiful dish that can feed a family for cheap!
Chipotle Beef
Mix all of your ingredients in your crock pot: 1/4 cup orange juice, 1/4 cup of lime juice, 1/4 can chipotle peppers in adobo, 1 teaspoon salt, 3 tablespoons cider vinegar, 1/4 cup brown sugar, 1 diced onion, and 6 sliced cloves of garlic. Add in a 3-4lb chuck roast and marinate for 3-24 hours in the fridge. Cook on low for 8-10 hours. I served mine with green beans but it would be great with mashed potatoes or even delicious in tacos!
Chicken with Knorr Pasta Sides
This is a delicious bomb of flavor that comes from a recipe I found on TikTok. Add 2 bags of cheddar broccoli Knorr pasta sides, 1 can of condensed cream of chicken soup, 4 cups of chicken broth, and two large chicken breasts diced to your crock pot. Mix together and cook on low for 4 hours. And that’s it! Enjoy the cheesy goodness!
Cheeseburger Chowder
This is a really delicious soup that you will want to make again and again. The recipe here calls for fresh potatoes, which is totally fine, but I like to make mine with hungry jack shredded potatoes and it’s delicious!
Swedish Meetballs
This recipe is a quick one from TikTok so I just wrote it out for you here! In your crock pot mix 2 lbs frozen meatballs, one can of beef broth, 1 can cream of mushroom soup, and 1 packet of onion soup mix. Cook on low for 6 hours then add in a slurry of 1 teaspoon of water and 1/4 cup of water, mix and then add 1/4 cup of sour cream and 3/4 a cup of sour cream. Serve the meatballs over egg noodles or mashed potatoes.
Slow Cooker BBQ Shredded Chicken
This is definitely a no-recipe, recipe! Cook 2 chicken breasts with 1 cup of bbq sauce on low for 6 hours and then shred the chicken. I serve mine on buns with a quick coleslaw and it’s a delicious treat!
