- 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of celery soup (or cream of chicken/mushroom)
- 1 ½ cups milk
- 1 cup uncooked noodles (rotini or macaroni)
- 8 oz cubed ham
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese (or mozzarella)
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Optional: 1 can of peas or mushrooms
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a greased 9×13 pan, mix the cream of celery soup and milk. Stir until smooth.
- Add the uncooked noodles and cubed ham, and stir everything together.
- Cover the dish with foil and bake for 40 minutes.
- Remove the foil, sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese on top, and bake uncovered for an additional 10 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Serve hot with a side salad or veggies of your choice.
