Description
Adding cottage cheese to your eggs is a great way to up the protein. This recipe is helpful if eggs are more expensive or if you have cottage cheese on hand and only a few eggs. It can really stretch your breakfast without hitting the store!

- 4 eggs
- 1/2 cup cottage cheese
- 1 tablespoon milk
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tablespoon butter
Instructions
- Mix eggs, cottage cheese, milk, salt and pepper.
- Heat a medium frying pan over medium low heat and add melt the butter.
- Add the egg mixture and stir constantly, scrambling the eggs.
- Once the eggs are fully cooked, but not brown, remove them from the pan and enjoy!
