These easy, no-bake Cookie Cups are the perfect make-ahead dessert for parties, Friendsgiving, Christmas, or kids’ gatherings. Each clear cup is filled with a mix of cookies, chocolate-covered nuts, and my famous homemade Oreo Cookie Balls—everyone gets their own little dessert sampler! They look adorable, require zero baking, and are always one of the first treats to disappear.

Simple Mills graham-style crackers or Sweet Thins

Instructions

Line your small clear cups on a tray for easy assembly.

Break a Biscoff cookie into chunks and add to the bottom of each cup.

Add a handful of chocolate-covered cashews and a few pieces of Simple Mills grahams.

Place one wafer roll standing upright inside the cup.

Add one homemade Oreo Cookie Ball to each cup (the best part!).

Cover the tray and refrigerate until serving.

Serve chilled and enjoy—these disappear fast!
Notes
The Oreo Cookie Balls can be made 1–2 days in advance.
These cookie cups stay fresh for up to 48 hours in the fridge.
